Katz -Terms and Conditions Pertaining to your Stay
Check in time is 2pm Check out time is strictly 10am Pets not allowed.
No extra guests or visitors permitted. Please respect the local community and keep noise to a minimum.(no noise before 9am and after 10pm) You will be charged for any damage or loss to the property.
Strictly No Smoking in or around the property. No parties allowed unless prior arrangements are made with the owner.
Under no circumstances is furniture to be moved (including the bar-b-que)
Remove all food from the fridges and place all rubbish in bins or rubbish bags outside.
Wash and put away all dishes and cutlery.
Failure to Comply with these Terms and Conditions could lead to eviction and or loss of bond and tariff.
Linen fees and exit cleaning costs will be deducted from bond.
While best efforts are made to ensure that all equipment is in full running order we cannot be held responsible for failure of equipment or supplies or any damage made by preceding guests.
We will do our best, to fix any problem, to the best of our ability, ASAP.
Neighbours can alert the owner , council and police when noise is excessive... Should a noise complaint lead to a report you will lose your bond and continued noise could lead to eviction.
For Your Safety: Do not Swim at the beach at dusk or dawn
Please note: We do not refund once a booking is confirmed.
